The well performed 4-year-old, Beltoro, has returned to racing in great style. He ran on well from out wide at his first run back and then was very impressive second up winning a good 1500 metre race second up at Bendigo on 11 March 2022.
He was then luckless in the Country Mile Championship at Flemington on All-Star mile day before finishing a good third in a very strong 1600 metre race at Caulfield on 9th April 2022.
He repeated the dose last Saturday 23 April 2022 with another very close third at Caulfield this time over 1400 metres.
He is a consistent performer who has now had 15 starts for 3 wins and 4 placings and won over $240k in prizemoney. No wonder some of his owners looked happy enjoying the owner’s day at Caulfield last Saturday.
There are more wins in store for him so watch out for him to be back at the races soon.
