Quality sprinter Georgia's Boy resumes for Delbridge Racing over 1203 metres at Geelong this Wednesday 20th October 2010.
The 5-y-old gelding is a winner of 5 races for the Delbridge Racing Georgia syndicate and a good showing in the open sprint at Geelong on cup day would have him right on track for an appearance at the 2010 VRC spring carnival, most likely on Emirates Stakes day.
After being purchased for $40k at the 2007 Gold Coast Magic Millions yearling sale Georgia’s Boy has already won $164k in prizemoney for his syndicate of owners and they are eyeing off a start at next January’s Magic Million carnival on the Gold Coast.
To be ridden by Brent Stanley (pictured returning to scale after a win on him at Bendigo) on Wednesday the Hussonet gelding should run a good race based on his impressive trial at Cranbourne last week behind The Handsome One.
