Beltoro To Dance on Melbourne Cup Day
There is plenty of dancing at Randwick on Melbourne Cup day with the Big Dance, the Little Dance and the Barn Dance all on the 10-race card.
Beltoro, the 6-time winner, will contest the Little Dance in a race worth $750k in prizemoney. He has had one run back from a spell to have him primed for the Little Dance and is ready to run a good race.
Beltoro has top Sydney jockey, Jason Collett, on board him in race 7 number 6. He drawn well in barrier 4 and the race is timed to start at 4.10pm.
Good luck to connections, many of whom will be on track to cheer him home. They’ll be dancing in the winner’s enclosure if he can get the job done.
The aging warrior, Beltoro, was in great condition when he arrived at Randwick this morning and let’s hope he can turn back the clock one last time (pictured winning at Flemington).
