Delbridge Racing has been appointed as the principal racing advisor to Binh Phuoc Recreation Pty Ltd to establish an International standard racetrack and race club in Vietnam.
The racetrack will be part of a major community development by the Binh Phuoc Recreation Pty Ltd who has been granted the licence by the Vietnam government. The development will be situated about 70kms from Ho Chi Min City and will include the International style racecourse plus two international standard hotels, gaming venue, a commercial centre, retail centre, high class townhouses, villas and a retirement facility and a sports club and facilities.
Delbridge Racing will provide consultancy advisory services on all aspects of the establishment of the International racecourse and operations including race course design and construction, race club establishment and betting operations both on and off course, develop and manage the racehorse purchase strategy and program, assess and recommend suitable value-add investors or partners to contribute to the establishment of the project, racecourse and racing club and provide marketing, pricing and syndication services to recruit owners for the racehorses.
The development of International thoroughbred racing and training tracks will include a large area for stabling and training horses. A totalisator system will provide on-course and off-course wagering and betting venues. The high quality track for thoroughbred racing will feature modern technology for betting systems, a high quality stadium-grandstand, and full service facilities including food outlets and bars. A race club will be established to operate the International racecourse which will be a key component of this exciting project which will become a place to visit for both locals and tourists to Vietnam.
The training circuit is designed to ensure that a significant number of horses can be trained within the same facilities. The training facilities will provide 5,000 linear meters in training tracks and the development will feature a fresh, green and healthy environment.
Delbridge Racing is now in the early stages of finalising funding for the development and recruiting value-added equity shareholders. In addition we are also identifying potential strategic racing partners to assume responsibility for components of the project.
