A pleasant Sunday morning was held at the Mark Kavanagh Racing stables at Flemington on 18 July 2010 for Delbridge Racing syndicate members to inspect 4 horses trained by Mark Kavanagh.
This followed on from a similar visit earlier in the year when Mark (pictured) gave the Delbridge Racing team a tour of the stables and paraded a number of our horses.
A keen group of syndicate members braved the cold early morning conditions to inspect four horses – Shamoline Warrior, Areyoutalkintome and two unnamed yearling colts by Darci Brahma and Lucky Unicorn, who had recently arrived from New Zealand.
Hosted by Levi Kavanagh it was the first opportunity for some syndicate members to see their horses in the flesh and they couldn’t help but be impressed.
All the horses looked exceptionally well, and while the youngsters will be given plenty time to mature and develop, both Areyoutalkintome and Shamoline Warrior showed that they both look ready for their workload to be increased over the next few weeks.
